Having access to all the major markets, gives us the flexibility to place clients' business where the most appropriate solution is. Ultimately, clients choose where their business is placed. Though, in many cases, we will co-develop the correct placing strategy and discuss which markets will be best for our clients’ specific requirements, considering any particular regulatory requirements either by LFSA or the home regulatory body. Also, in accordance with the requirements of our regulating body, the Labuan Financial Services Authority, we detail to our clients each insurer approached and used in their placement.

We are committed as a group to being transparent, easy to understand and fair in our dealings with our clients and the markets. Our Standards of Business Practice are detailed in our Company Handbook and our Procedures Manual that staff at all levels and in all areas are expected to be familiar with and adhere to.

Our code of conduct with regard to the placement of cover and brokerage and commissions, is also detailed in our Terms of Business Agreements, which are issued to every client and we are confident that you will benefit from our vast experience and committed customer centric approach.
